CAT PHILES

Slightly Touched

An oscillating fan!

Well, we had Little Feet playing with bubbles a few weeks ago, but it was half-hearted on his part, and Presto couldn't even work up an enthusiastic yawn over it.

But tonight I discovered the secret! An oscillating fan, and a partly opened window, to get just the right air patterns.

Tonight Senyah and I were blowing bubbles for Little Feet (I went back to the store last week and bought some bottles of 'bubble stuff').

Between the fan and the air through the window, the bubbles were darting around like mad houseflies, and Little Feet simply could not sit still. Presto, looking very concerned, batted at his share of bubbles as well, but held back from copying Little Feet's bounce of the walls, chase 'em down and kill 'em routine.

We put the bubbles down for a couple of minutes, but Little Feet told me he really liked that game, and could we do it again. So Senyah went on blowing bubbles for another half hour, then on and off for the rest of the evening.

We were enthusiastically protected from the evil bubble monsters.
