And looked quick around,
Then moving very slowly
Backed carefully down.

Pausing on the large first limb
He surveyed the changing scene
Looking very causal,
Decidedly King and Queen.

At length with due regard
For his personal savoir faire
He backed almost down again
Then launched into the air.

For a perfect four-point landing,
And a stroll across the lawn
With lifted chin, looks right and left,
As the upright tail flicked off and on.
