As I have mentioned, my sister has a kitten, Ronja. She is now five months old, and still the holy terror she has been all along.

My sister had planted some small seedlings into a big box with compartments for each seedling. On top of the box, she had a transparent plastic lid to keep the cats out. The box sits on her desk, for want of any other space to put it.

One day my sister came home from work to find that the plastic lid had been neatly lifted off the box, several of the seedlings pulled out and laid in a neat row along the side of the box. This happened four or five days in a row. Then it stopped.

My theory is that Ronja was doing experiments for the mothership.
