Little Feet and Presto, in their ever-widening attempts to get along, have invented a new game - guard the door.

This usually takes place at night, after we have gotten ready for bed, and are trying to sleep. We close the bathroom door almost all the way, so that the light in the bathroom acts as a night light, and so the cats can get to the litter box.

Lately, Presto will go into the bathroom, and sit just inside the door. Little Feet will station himself just outside the door. Presto will then look through the crack to see if Little Feet is there, and will bat at him.

Little Feet responds by standing up and pushing the door closed. Then he reaches out and bats at Presto. Presto pushes the door open another little bit, and bats at Little Feet again.

This goes on for about half an hour (maybe longer - I fell asleep), with the light source getting brighter, then darker, brighter, then darker... while Senyah keeps saying "I wish you two would quit that and come to bed!"
