Ingredients:Directions:
- 12oz. can of salmon with liquid
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup cup instant oatmeal, ground
- ¼ cup flour
- Combine the salmon and egg in a blender, and mix until smooth.
- Empty into a bowl, clean the blender and grind the oatmeal on high speed to a flour like consistency. (You can do this in advance; store extra in a tightly covered jar.)
- Add the oatmeal and flour to the salmon mixture and blend well.
- Coat a 9" x 13" pan with non-stick spray and fill with the mixture.
- Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Cool, then cut into bite-size squares.
Note:
- Because the recipe has no preservatives; the treats need to be refrigerated or frozen.
- For dog treats; add a 12oz. can of chicken liver with juice instead of the salmon.
