Ingredients: Directions:
  1. Combine the salmon and egg in a blender, and mix until smooth.
  2. Empty into a bowl, clean the blender and grind the oatmeal on high speed to a flour like consistency. (You can do this in advance; store extra in a tightly covered jar.)
  3. Add the oatmeal and flour to the salmon mixture and blend well.
  4. Coat a 9" x 13" pan with non-stick spray and fill with the mixture.
  5. Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Cool, then cut into bite-size squares.
