RE: Our new office intern

A meeting was held recently to introduce Ms. Stuffy Catt, the latest employee to join our all-feline office staff at Ailurophile Enterprises. It was chaired by Bob Catt the Office Manager, who spent the first few moments desperately trying to bring the meeting to order (this is standard procedure at any gathering of feline employees).

When the noise had died away and all were present (actually, most were present - attendance is another recurring feline problem), Mr. Catt introduced our new intern, Stuffy. He explained that she had been brought into the office partly to fulfill a need for someone to be present at all times during office hours. In the short time she has been with us, Stuffy has dutifully remained in the office during the day, and even after hours, (reportedly all night), never stirring from her work station. This initiative is rare in a young employee and should be commended. Note to payroll: Stuffy is an intern so overtime does not apply in her case as she is not a member of the feline union, Menially Employed Office Workers (MEOW).

As for Stuffy's workload, she is still in the training process and so far has made no efforts to begin her assigned tasks. In fact she has not moved at all. She seems to be the ideal employee, quiet, making no trouble for management, and because she is a short-hair with an almost cloth-like coat she does not shed on the office furniture. She may well be a strong candidate for permanent employment. We see a bright future for Stuffy Catt at Ailurophile Enterprises.
