The following ditty is set to the tune: It's a lovely day.
(A little soft shoe to dance us out, please!)
It’s a “lovely” day today,
And I’m thinking of going away
To some happy, cozy, warm place-like LA.
(DAH! DaaaahhhH! Dit!)
Whenever I look the Snow’s coming down.
Everyone’s whining as the flakes twirl around.
I want you to know I mean just to decamp!
(Tee! Tee-Dee, Tee-Dee, Tah-DEE!)
And….. I’ll……leave all of you who think it rates
To engage in your endless weather debates
While I’m there where the weather’s sensationally great!!
(Bing! Bang! Bong! ding-a-liiinnnnnnggggg!)
Yes…, It’s…… a lovely day somewhere
And I’ll tell you that I mean to be right there!
(Dit! Tah-dah! Tah-dah! Tah-dat! TAH-DAH! Dit!
TAAAAAAHHHH-DAAAAHHHHH!)
scritch! scritch! (ouch! watch those claws, please!)
