During the past few nights I've been shutting my bedroom door so that I can get some uninterrupted sleep. Romeo has a habit of waking me at 4:30am to play with him. I've been missing my kitties though.

So last night, at 1:00pm, I thought: "Why don't I leave my bedroom door open so that my kitties can come greet me in the morning?" (knowing that I'll be awake at 4:30am but not minding too much just this *one* time)

Well, between 1:20am and 2:30am my Romeo and Juliet woke me once EACH to cuddle them. I guess they've missed me and thought that it was great that my bedroom door was open for once. I can just imagine them thinking: "Excellent! ... the door is open. Let's go visit!!"

And here I was thinking that since Romeo & Juliet have been kept out of the bedroom for several nights, they've broken the habit of waking me during the night. Hah!

My mistake.
