I'm sure most people here know what a sippee cup is - they are the cups you give small children so when they knock over their cups or literally turn them upside down you don't end up with liquid everywhere.

Well, a couple of days ago, I had someone over to help me do something. She looked in my dishdrainer and asked me if I did a lot of baby sitting. I said know and wanted to know why she asked. She said she noticed the large number of sippee cups in my sink. I loved the expression on her face when I told her there were for the cats. I then explained other cups get knocked down and the contents spilled over. We then sat down at the computer to do some stuff and both cats decided they would act as screen clarifiers - only we couldn't see through them. By the end of two hours, she understood perfectly the reason for sippee cups in a house with no toddler. They are for the cats!

I wonder if I should email Gerber and Playtex and let them know they are missing a whole market of potential buyers.
