It started snowing here this morning around 8:30AM. It came down hard enough that we had accumulated about 2" by 10:00AM.

Calvin perched on top of the bookcase, front paws hanging over the front corner and chittered his bird-chatter at the snow. The bookcase is 2 feet from the window but apparently that was not close enough.

Then he moved to the windowsill and tried to chase the snowflakes through the window as they fell. He ran back and forth, chittering and jumping, then standing on hind legs and streeeeeeetching really looooooong to reach the top of the window.

Did you know he is about 3.5 feet long when he stretches out all the way? And his little tummy is sooo cute sticking out when he does it, I just want to tickle it. But I guess that would destroy his reputation as a mighty snowflake hunter!
