We went out to the island. That was nice.

I hunted a lot of vole. That was nice. I also caught one or two birds. I thought that was nice, too, but Meowmie always gets upset when I do that.

That big bully, Linus, came out to the island a few days ago. He chases me every chance he gets, and in spite of what everyone says, it's not my fault. I do not provoke him! The other cats get scared when I hiss. But with Linus, I can walk right in front of him and hiss in his face, and he will chase me! Last night he tried to break into our cabin. Frank, my hero, chased him away.

Then we came home. That was nice.
