I've mentioned that one of my visitor cats is a little grey female with a little squeak of a voice. She comes around every now and then, but not often or on a regular schedule. But she knows I'll feed her when she does.Tonight, Little Feet started sniffing at the base of the front door, which told me that another cat was out there. I was pleasantly surprised to see the little grey kitty, so I picked her up, and she gave me a little squeak of a meow in greeting.
So I told her how pretty she was, and asked if she wanted some food, to which she replied with what sounded like a cat's version of "yes".
Every time I would ask her a question, she answered me right back. When I asked what she though of Little Feet and Presto, she gave me a vehement "MEOW!", and seemed to indicate that she didn't think much of the entire class of male cats (funny, I've known human females who felt that way about human males
).
Anyway, I thought it was fun and interesting to be holding a two-way conversation with her. I didn't see any indications of Siamese on her...
