Tribute to Max

Max belonged to our next-door neighbours. When he came to the back door our Wee Tashie didn't growl at him like she did at other cats, so after a while we began to let him in. He would eat all of Tashie's food and chase her around the house, but we thought that on balance it was good for her to have a friend to play with. Since Tash accepted having Max in the house, we felt confident that we could introduce another cat, so we got Hamish to keep her company all the time.

One morning at 5:30 Max met us on our way out, and half an hour later his Dad found him dead in the street. He was a dear friend to all of us. When you heard his little bell jingling you knew something interesting was going to happen.

We love you Maxy - Wilba, Janice, Wee Tashie, and Hamish.

In Loving Memory of Max
