You lived in a home with no care and no love

Your unique personality and your pretty little face

Not having you by my side any more hurts me like hell
I miss your meow, your love and your “pussy cat” smell
But it is inevitable that every living thing must die
You became old, frail and lost the glisten in your eye

Trying hard to tend to you, my sadness I did not show
But you had reached the end and you needed to go
So I released your suffering soul from this Earth & your pain
Then an Angel took you to heaven where God will reunite us again
