Mitzi is busy cleaning, rearranging stuff, etc. (which she loves to do) this afternoon. I, on the other hand, just awoke from an afternoon nap in preparation for work tonight. Anyway, when I awoke, I sauntered into the living room for a moment and there I spied it!! She has crocheted these really nice, really HUGE doilies with what looks like to be the puffiest yarn you've ever seen. She's placed one on the coffee table (it's so big that portions of it easily overlap the edges). On top, she's set a nice floral arrangement flanked by two candy dishes. I took one look and thought to myself... 'Man, that's a cat magnet if I've ever saw one!'

I brought this up to her and she said that we could watch them and make sure they don't mess with it. I replied that, yeah, sure, in the day-time we could BUT... at night when I'm at work and she's asleep, Tabby and Reina rule the house. (I've found the little buggers on top of the kitchen cabinets when I've come home!) Still, Mitzi's going to chance it....I, on the other hand, am trying to figure up the odds that the entire setting will be on the floor by the time I return home in the morning. I figure something like 10-1.... Oh well.... it looks nice in practice!!
